With a background in event design, décor, and crafting, Tina has spent years transforming spaces into experiences. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or community gathering, her approach is rooted in creativity, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients’ vision.
Design & Up! specializes in event décor, creative party styling, and thoughtful event design. From whimsical backdrops and installations to upcycled, handcrafted details that add character and charm, every project is handled with artistry and heart. To ensure the best results, here’s what we typically require:

Setup Time: 1–3 hours prior to event start (depending on size and complexity of décor). Large-scale installs may require additional time.

Space & Access: Clear access to the event area for unloading and setup (including doors, ramps, or elevators if needed).

Ceiling/Wall Considerations: Permission to attach décor (with removable hooks or tape) if applicable. Please notify us of any venue restrictions in advance.

Power Access (if applicable): Electrical outlet may be required for balloon inflators or lighting enhancements.

Parking/Loading Zone: Close parking or loading dock access for efficient unloading of décor materials.

Environment: For outdoor events, shaded or covered areas are recommended to help décor last longer. Extreme heat, cold, or wind can affect balloon longevity.

Breakdown/Strike Time: 30–90 minutes after event end, depending on décor removal needs.

Every event is unique, so we’ll confirm all logistics during the planning process to make sure setup and execution run seamlessly.
