Derek combines musical/vocal talent with a great personality. He helped make our event a big success. Derek performed a wide range of songs, managed requests and kept the energy going all night. Also, he was very flexible on start and end times which was very helpful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I hired Derek Stroker to play at a my husband's birthday party that we had at our home. I was on the fence if I should have live music or not, but it ended up being a game-changer! The performance added a level of energy to our event that I could never have anticipated. We had some friends drive all the way down from West Virginia. Derek picked up on that and ended up playing John Denver's "County Road" which had everyone up singing and dancing. My guests even requested that song again as an encore before he left. The vibe was incredible! If you're considering live music for your party, don't hesitate book this musician.

I cannot recommend our wedding musician enough! I first heard Derek Stroker playing a gig at one of our local hangouts. I loved his vibe and the way he interacted with the crowd, so I checked out his website. That is where I heard some of his original music. I was blown away! I knew I had to have him play at our wedding. So I reached out with a special request that he play one of his original songs "Naturally Together". Derek was super accommodating and enthusiastic when going through the type of music we would like him to play. On the day of our wedding, he performed a heartfelt rendition of his original song that literally brought tears to our eyes. Derek Stroker helped transform our wedding into an unforgettable experience. We didn't want the night to end. I would highly recommend him for your event!
