Demetra Moore is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with a passion for helping clients reach their highest potential. This is a love she discovered over a decade ago while working as a mutual fund trader for a Fortune 500 company. Demetra, who always had a desire to be an entrepreneur, made the choice to explore opportunities and started her firm Moore Out of Life, Inc.

The personal and professional development enthusiast sharpened her coaching skills and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in New York. After graduating from iPEC, Demetra joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. Demetra also attended Michigan State University where she completed her Change Management certification. She later spent time as trainer iPEC and quickly became one the school’s highly requested mentor coaches on the East Coast.

Demetra brings 20 years of knowledge from the financial sector. She gained a vast amount of experience while working for LPL Financial, the largest independent broker dealer in the United States. Moore facilitated training and coaching services to management, C-Suite professionals, organizations, and business owners daily. At Moore Out of Life, Demetra partners with small businesses and rising leaders to offer Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Team Engagement. Moore sought to expand her reach to the educational sector; therefore, she partnered with JST Coaching & Training and Keep Elevated Coaching to facilitate coach training to organizations and professionals.

Demetra is the author of three books and has been featured by multiple news outlets including Connected Woman Magazine, The Huffington Post, Black Enterprise, Wealth Palace, HYPEHair Magazine, Enterprising Women and Who’s on the Move to name a few.

Demetra holds a degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion University. Moore resides in Atlanta, GA, and when she’s not working, she spends time with friends and family, reads, travels, and loves to experience what the world has to offer.
