Decode to Connect Keynote & Training
Overview
I deliver corporate keynotes and onsite trainings that help teams decode people to build trust faster, communicate clearly under pressure, and lead high-stakes conversations with confidence. This is not entertainment or “mind reading”, it’s a practical, trainable communication skill built for real-world meetings, sales conversations, leadership moments, and customer interactions. My sessions are highly interactive, focused on immediate application, and designed to give your team tools they can use the same day, not someday. If you want a speaker who leaves your audience with a repeatable framework, live practice, and a clear path to better communication, I’m the right fit.

What to expect
If an audience came to see me, they would experience a high-energy, highly interactive session built around a practical communication skill: how to decode people to build trust faster and lead better conversations.
Clients hire me for keynotes and onsite trainings when they want more than inspiration. They want their teams to leave with a repeatable framework they can use immediately in meetings, sales conversations, leadership moments, customer interactions, and difficult conversations.
Here’s what you can expect:
Clear, corporate-relevant content focused on trust, rapport, influence with integrity, and communication under pressure
Live audience participation where attendees practice what they’re learning, not just listen
Real-world scenarios tailored to your environment (leadership, client-facing teams, sales, customer experience, internal communication)
A simple “Decode to Connect” method that helps people spot resistance early, ask better questions, and adjust their communication in real time
Actionable takeaways your team can apply the same day, plus an optional downloadable cheat sheet to reinforce the skill after the event
My style is engaging, direct, and practical. I don’t do fluff, and I don’t do gimmicks. This isn’t mind-reading or a parlor trick. It’s a trainable skill that helps teams connect faster, communicate better, and perform at a higher level.
If you’re looking for a speaker who can captivate a room and also deliver tools your people will actually use, that’s what I bring.
About
Meet Brian Galke — “The Decoding Detective”
Brian Galke is a communication strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of Subtle Skills, where he teaches people how to decode others, conversations, and connection itself.
After overcoming social anxiety early in his career, Brian was introduced by a mentor to Decoding Facial Features—a skill that revealed how people naturally process information, make decisions, and communicate. By combining decoding with body language, active listening, and statement analysis, he created a practical, tactical communication framework that works in any environment. Those very skills helped him rise to Regional Vice President of Sales managing a $40M book of business.
Now a sought-after Keynote Speaker and Podcast Guest, Brian has shared stages with Chris Voss, Brad Lea, Janine Driver, Steve Sims, and Greg Reid, helping audiences master the subtle decoding skills that make communication more influential, confident, and authentic.
