Dawn Wehbe was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, and comes from a family of six. They moved to Halifax, NS for university, where they attended university and received a BSc. They find comfort in multiple mediums such as music, literature, and dance. These are devices that Dawn pulls out of their toolbox to explore and express themself. What began as journalling was transformed into poetry, songs, and stories. They believe that with the right tools, we can spark change through creation and leadership. They not only dream big but they’re also driven, setting goals to reach the finish line. Dawn believes in the power of vulnerability and reminds us that life is meant to be celebrated. Dawn grew up competing in dance competitions nationally and training 25 hours/week for 10 years while attending weekly modeling/acting training for 2 years. Dawn began their musical journey by attending weekly private piano lessons and engaging in the Guitar Focus Program at their high school. Dawn has performed at gigs, open mics, talent shows, coffee houses, and poetry nights in Halifax, NS, Ottawa, ON as well as L.A., CA.
