david ross lawn is a composer and performer of solo piano music, originally born in scotland and now asbury park based. he holds notable compositional achievements with piano work including high fashion media campaigns and scottish television placements. he actively composes and performs in the new jersey area.
david holds an undergraduate degree in piano performance from university of aberdeen, scotland, and a masters degree in music theory and composition from westminster choir college, princeton.
david also has a strong social media presence on tiktok and instagram, totaling around 800k followers for his approaches to personal style, motivating people of all ages to express themselves in ways that make them happy.

I am super comfortable playing beautiful piano renditions of songs that exist in the pop / contemporary / rock / alternative / indie etc genres. I'm also classically trained to masters level and happy to play classical piano portfolio when it works into a set. I also have a strong ability in piano improvisation across many genres and feel great with filling space with beautiful sounds that align with the energy of the room.
