Music Is My Metaphor
Music is a powerful metaphor that serves as our universal language. With 25 years of experience traveling extensively and performing on some of the biggest stages, working with platinum and Grammy award-winning artists, and handling the creative and organizational aspects of producing music, I have developed talks focused on leadership, performance, resilience, and connection to purpose. The new tools and unique perspectives from music can be applied to any business or organization, bringing about significant positive changes. By using music as a logic bridge, my talks provide a fresh perspective and approach to any team or organization. Focused on improving culture and enthusiasm of a workplace, school, or organization, resulting in a more productive, connected team. These talks and learning experiences will leave a lasting impression on participants, ensuring that they retain the knowledge they have gained, and bring about a positive transformation in any organization.

About
David Filice is a 25-year veteran of the music industry where he has served as a multi-faceted bass player and producer, songwriter, engineer, and music educator. His powerful work ethic, combined with his dynamic mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new musical vistas, has led to an extraordinary career touring and performing with multiple platinum and Grammy-winning artists; composing music for film and TV, writing and producing for other artists, and playing key creative roles in several dynamic personal recording projects.
David has performed worldwide in venues ranging from small clubs to stadiums and arenas. And has had the opportunity to witness and perform for many different cultures of people, seeing how people come together to experience music. The one language we all understand. Through his journey in the competitive music market of Los Angeles, and his experience surviving and recovering from one of the deadliest and most tragic concert disasters in US History, David’s talks offer profound insights into overcoming challenges and finding strength in the face of adversity.
Now, after over two decades of traveling and living in the Wild West of the music industry, David Filice is taking the places he has gone, and the deep lessons of life he has absorbed, and sharing it with audiences.
