Meg is a survivor, relationship expert, and the creator of Dating Tips by Meg, dedicated to empowering individuals to build healthy, supportive relationships. Drawing from her journey through stalking and abuse, Meg uses her expertise to raise awareness about toxic relationships and intimate partner violence. She was a TEDx Speaker at Grand Junction 2024.
She’s the host of the upcoming podcast Did Me Dirty, where she shares insights on recognizing red flags and fostering emotional well-being and gets vulnerable and very real with her listeners. Her experience and expertise enable her to present or speak on several topics; mental health, overcoming adversity, and digital safety. Meg speaks to student bodies, collaborates with educators and law enforcement, and is developing her first book and a high school course on relationship health. Her passion lies in creating a world where everyone can thrive in love and life.
