The audience can expect to hear from an engaging expert who is going to give them tangible take aways to increase their business success. When I speak I outline the 3 keys to overcome fear and anxiety and show the audience how to implement them. The only way to create change is to turn awareness into action and I want the audience to be able to do that. They will learn how to have constructive self-talk, create an environment for success, and how to set goals in their growth zone. These skills are necessary for those who want to have a breakthrough and maximize their business success. Fear is a real barrier in people's lives and I want each person to walk away with an action plan how to overcome that barrier.

I am an owner and Licensed Psychotherapist at The Centered Life, which is a private practice counseling practice in Naperville, IL. I do national speaking, therapy, and coaching services to help those who struggle with fear and anxiety in both their personal and professional life. I have a passion for anxiety work because I was someone who struggled with anxiety and through my own journey and clinical expertise I have been able to overcome it. I was able to open my own practice and now guide other entrepreneurs on how to have breakthroughs in their own business. I want to be able to show people that anxiety is not something you just have to chaotically handle day to day. That there are real strategies and ways to work through it so that they can achieve any goal they may have. I know so many men and women who give up in business due to being scared of failure and they self-sabotage their dreams. I have worked with hundreds of people who once they overcome their fear and anxiety, they are so much happier and successful. I want to share my passion and expertise to help as many people as I can.
