I'm a harpist and singer specializing in Celtic ballads, old-time classics, popular songs from many eras and holiday favorites for all ages. I play music for weddings, showers, christenings, birthdays, tea parties, St. Patrick Day, Mother's Day, funerals, memorial services and private concerts.
I often play romantic duets sung with my musical partner of 20 years. I have Renaissance, Swing Era, Victorian and Disney Princess costumes to suit the flavor of your gathering.
Darcy provided beautiful acoustic harp music for prelude/postlude of our morning church service.
She also sang a vocal/harp solo during the service - “Morning Had Broken.”
It was a special service that included a communal sing of “What a Wonderful World”, to honor a local musician/technician who passed away recently. He had restored and donated an 1880s pump organ to our church, and he had many close musical friends in the community.
Darcy’s gentle spirit was an important part of our service. We would gladly welcome her back again to share her music and spirit with our church congregation.
We love having Darcy come to our assisted living. Shes personable and kind, she talks with us, lets us know about herself and the story of becoming a harpist, she also lets the tenants play on the harp a few times. Days after the event there is still chatter about how amazing it is to have her here. I would recommend Darcy for your next even!
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:
Thank you so much! Everyone at your assisted living is so kind, I enjoyed playing for you very much!
Darcy added such a wonderful element to our event. She was on time, professional, pleasant and provided and warm environment for our guest.
Darcy was a perfect addition to our wedding, I loved her music and how easy she was to work with!
She was amazing! Would book again!!!
Darcy played for a birthday gathering in a care home making 93 even more of a celebration. The honoree was gratified to receive thanks for providing the concert. Music selections were evocative having some of the residents singing along. Magical, describes one attendee.
Our tenants were very pleased with the performance. Many said Thanks for making their Valentines Day great.
Would definitely recommend Darcy.
Darcy and her husband were simply wonderful to work with. They played for my mother's memorial service and they helped to set a calming and yet uplifting atmosphere. When I as unable to make some decisions they helped me and the suggestions they made were right on.
They exceeded all expectations and it's easy to tell that music and preforming are their life and passion.
From start to finish Darcy was a pleasure to work with. She helped make our wedding ceremony one that could only be dreamed of along with her husband. We had requested 2 songs for her to play that she did not know, but her renditions turned out wonderful. I would happily request her services again!
Darcy made my Scottish wedding dream come true. Her effort to learn new songs, communicate effectively with me and my singer, her punctuality, INCREDIBLE MUSICAL ABILITY, and her kind, fun demeanor were reasons I’m so happy I hired her.
I kinda want to throw another party so I can have her back! Want some fun music? She can play pop charts, Celtic music, classical, and other genres. She’d be great for your wedding, party, or other function. Give her a shot! You’ll be so glad you did.
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:
Thank you so much, Lillian : )
Darcy was such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to her performances in the future. She is incredibly talented! Thank you again!
Darcy and her assistant showed up on time, worked with us to make things seamless for our guests and provided a beautiful performance. We highly recommend her!
Darcy was very responsive to my questions, and even took time to learn a new song my wife had requested. The gentle harp music was very comforting during this emotional time. Her husband Bruce accompanied Darcy in song and provided an exceptional recital of a poem my wife requested.
Darcy made everything so easy.
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:
Thanks so much for your review, Gordon. The service for your wife was very moving and it was an honor to be part of it.
Darcy played beautifully for our intimate wedding! Her music came together so perfectly with the whole setting. It was surreal and was truly lovely, thank you Darcy!
Darcy was amazing! Her music created the perfect relaxing atmosphere for our farewell brunch - I could have listened to her all day! She was so friendly, easy to work with, her music was incredible. My only regret is not taking video of her playing - it was magical! We'd love to have her play at our future events!
Everyone LOVED the harp music at our farewell brunch! My only regret is not getting video of her playing because it was so magical and relaxing. I wish we could have Darcy at every event!!! Would love to have her back for another event in the future <3
Darcy was amazing at our wedding! She was on time, flexible and knowledgeable w her suggestions for music. Many quests commented on how beautiful she sounded.
Darcy played our wedding at the Como Conservatory as strictly a harpist/instrumentalist and was absolutely incredible. The music that she played created a beautiful and tranquil ambience that my (now!) wife and I and our guests absolutely loved. No fewer than a dozen of our guests specifically remarked about how amazing Darcy was and that they thought her music completely personified the gardens that we were in. I know she played more, but I specifically remember her playing Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect”, The Jungle Book’s “You’ll Be in My Heart”, Pachelbel’s Canon, and “You are My Sunshine”. Each with incredible beauty and precision.
Each song was beautiful and we were so thankful to have Darcy there. I cannot say enough or thank her more profusely for making our day exactly the way that we pictured it! THANK YOU DARCY!!!
Darcy was wonderful! She was easy to work with and responsive, even last-minute, and did a wonderful job with our small outdoor wedding ceremony with very little direction. The few things we cared about, she totally accommodated, and matched her performance/selections/volume to the setting beautifully. Her music is lovely and added so much to the day.
Darcy was professional and flexible with our wedding ceremony and we would recommend her to anyone who asks.
Mrs Myers did a wonderful job and have a very nice voice as well. She was so wonderful that a few people that walked by stopped to listen a little to the music. She played and sung numerous of song, but the two main songs she song that my husband wanted played she did great.
Darcy was divine, simply beautiful and a wonderful person!
We are very satisfied with the musical performance provided by Darcy and her partner.
It was a great pleasure to receive the new year with her talented performance, included a specially requested song for my parents.
We had about 80 attendees and Darcy provided an outstanding and heartfelt performance.
I would recommend her musical services to any and all who appreciate talented musicians who really connect with the audience.
Thanks Darcy!!!
We had a renaissance festival themed wedding, so when we found Darcy we knew we had found a great fit for the atmosphere. She and her husband gave a phenomenal performance and created the exact ambiance we were looking for. We would recommend her for any occasion you feel you would want a harpist or a medieval themed event.
Thank you! You were amazing and easy to work with. We received so many compliments about your singing and harp playing!
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:
Thank you so much, I really enjoyed playing all my favorite Disney songs for the little princes and princesses. What a treat! This was such a special party. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.
Darcy was a wonderful addition to our Resident Holiday Formal Dinner! Her talents of music and singing were enjoyed be all!! Thank you Darcy!
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:
Thanks so much, Melissa. Your residents are such a joy to play for. It was exciting to see the memory-care patients sing all the words to Silent Night!
Darcy's music is absolutely beautiful and the musical selection varied. We wanted her play music from our Italian and Spanish heritage and she did not disappoint. We couldn't be happier with her music and lovely vocals!
We would definitely hire her again! By the way our wedding was held at a Historic Mansion in Prescott Wisconsin Darcy wore a gorgeous Victorian dress which was perfect!
Response from Darcy Bell-Myers Celtic Harpist & Singer:

Darcy and her husband, Bruce, with their harp and voices made the graveside service for my mother so beautiful and peaceful. They are wonderful people and amazing musicians. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and talent. Jolene & Family
Darcy is an amazing harpist and singer. She is versatile, her tone on the harp and her voice are a beautiful combination!
Gentle on my heart, gentle on my soul.... when I need to calm my world this she is my first choice.... Heard her play at a venue, it was beautiful. Next wedding she will be one of the first musicians I will call.
Beautiful voice for all occasions with a wonderful choice of styles.
Darcy is such a talented and big hearted performer, and the music is lovely.

I play the harp which audiences generally expect to be gentle and tranquil sounding and my music generally is, although I like to add some contemporary pieces and favorite songs to my play lists to spice things up; songs by the Beatles for instance, a jazz standard by Nat King Cole or something you'd hear on the radio currently.
I play concert harp, folk harp, guitar and ukulele. I've played music since I was small growing up on the East coast, and sometimes perform duets with my husband who plays bass and guitar. This can add a nice touch to a romantic gathering such as a wedding.
I usually play with amplification for my voice and for the harp. I have my own microphones cables and speaker. I just need a place to plug them in.
