February 5, 2019I attended a seminar that Daran hosted back in December. I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up, but was pleasantly surprised as the seminar went on. Daran spoke about the foundations of a healthy business and what it takes to create a culture that works. While his presentation was tailored more for business owners and people in leadership roles, I found it helpful to hear from an employee perspective as well. As someone who has seen first-hand what poor leadership and lack of vision can do to company culture, I wish more leaders took the time to prioritize exercises like the ones in Daran's seminar. The Q&A that happened after the presentation was very impactful to me. The group had a great discussion and I feel that everyone in the room walked away with a better understanding on how to be a better leader.
