Danzantes de Corazón

Performances ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the request of event organizer. We perform to our own music or live mariachi. Danzantes de Corazón is responsible for attire for its dancers in order to provide a complete performance. On occasion, Danzantes de Corazón will encourage audience participation through dancing, but no one will be forced to participate. Although our primary focus is Ballet Folklorico, we also incorporate other cultural dance forms such as Flamenco, Tahitian, Arabic, etc.

In 2011, Danzantes de Corazón was founded under the direction of Elena Hernandez in El Paso, TX. Their journey began with the simple belief that dance can cross boundaries thereby enriching lives. Danzantes de Corazón’s mission is to advance the appreciation of the arts in all aspects of life. Through dance, Danzantes de Corazón strives to educate the community on a variety of cultural and ethnic forms of dance. In 2019, Danzantes de Corazón relocated to New Braunfels, TX. Currently, Danzantes range from ages four to thirty-five years old.
Although our primary focus is Ballet Folklorico, we also incorporate other cultural dance forms such as Flamenco, Tahitian, Arabic, etc.

The client will provide adequate space for performing and an area for performers to change close to the performance area. If one is not available, Danzantes de Corazón can rent theirs for $100 for the performance time only. The client is also responsible for providing a sound system capable of playing an iPad and/or laptop via aux cable. If one is not available, Danzantes de Corazón can rent theirs for $100 for the performance time only.
