Talent in my living room

Daniel was back for a repeat performance. He did a great job, read the audience and even improvised with a neighbor on the sax.

Excellent Cellist.

Daniel was a wonderful person to work with in a difficult time and an excellent musician. He really did all the work to bring the program together with other musicians that we hired.

Daniel did a wonderful job of braving the snow storm and arriving on time at my home. His music was varied and I can tell you he is going places!

Wedding ceremony

Daniel did a fantastic job at our outdoor wedding ceremony in September. He was communicative and helpful through the planning process, and played the songs we requested beautifully and with perfect timing.

About

Daniel is the antithesis of the stereotypical string musician. He is an accomplished improviser in several styles, learns by ear, and blends in with any type of ensemble, all while having strong technical and sight-reading abilities.
He began his Berklee education in 2020, and quickly became one of the most sought-after cellists at the school, collaborating with dozens of artists on stage and in the studio, all while teaching cello lessons with the non-profit organization City Strings United. He also began releasing music under his artist name “Danny Sea”. He graduated in 2024 with degrees in Cello Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production, studying with legends like Jason Anick, Sara Caswell, and Eugene Friesen.
Daniel now works with Musiversal as one of their world-class session musicians, providing interactive recording sessions to clients around the world. He also performed and wrote string arrangements for Jason Ji’s “Finger Pickin’ Good” show at Carnegie Hall, and has performed / recorded with artists like Vincent Lima, pik pik, and Mel Fine. Daniel can be seen throughout New England performing cello and bass at weddings, events, and regional theaters, and also finds time to be an avid hiker and home cook.
