Damita McGhee is a Motivational Speaker, Certified Christian Women’s Business Coach and Author. She works with women entrepreneurs who desire to operate businesses using biblical principles. She is the host of the Christian Women’s Business Academy Podcast and author of The Mompreneur Manifesto: 8 Biblical Principles to Set Your Business Up for Sustainable Success Without Neglecting Your Family in the Process.

As a former Operations Manager and Career Services Advisor, Damita has worked with women throughout their careers, from the beginner to the seasoned professional. She has a sincere desire to see them win and is on a mission to teach women across the globe we can have it all. We can be sensational spouses, magnificent moms and powerful, profitable business-women from the comfort of our own homes with the right tools, resources and support.

Through her signature coaching and mentoring program, she helps women transition from where they are to where God wants them to be using their spiritual gifts to grow a thriving business.

She is an advocate for adult survivors of child sex abuse and shares her personal testimony of survival and healing to help others stop suffering in silence from their own childhood trauma.

When she is not teaching, speaking or training, you can find her relaxing with her husband, LaWayne and three children, Jalen, Giselle and Jacob.
