Da Y*General goes by an alias called The Verbalyst meanin he expresses every single thing perfectly with rhyming words in his own little way. He plans on given the hip hop industry a sequel with his upcoming album after "My City Streets" and "True Cryme In Tha Streets Of Dalla$, Tx" which will be entitled "The Cho$en 1One:Born To $hyyne( The Ble$$ed MouthPyece) where he will promise to let everything out and put his entire life struggle into this album, he actually is aiming towards giving his best on this album. Even though he seems as if he's quite a new comer to the music business, hes actually been making music and writing raps since the age 8 or probably even younger. He started out with the rap name "Young Gunnz" as a child when his brothers put together a western style based rap group that reminded you of Doc Holiday and Wide Errk or anykind of western movies, and with Y*G being originally from Texas it fitted with his rap name. Later on down the road alot of new rappers would come out using the name (Y*G) and (Young Gunnz) which made it alot harder for this young rapper to fit in easily without looking like he was trying to be like someone else. So he just decided to run with the name (Da Y*General) actually meaning "soldier since youth".
