Nick Hodge is an accomplished Cyr wheel performer, magician, and aerial straps artist. After graduating from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy, he continued to pursue his passion for the circus arts.
Nick is currently based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota and performs nationwide. He was a featured artist at the North Carolina Museum of Art’s 24 Year Retrospective and won the Minnesota State Fair Amateur Talent Contest. Nick teaches Cyr wheel classes at Expertease Fitness, offers private lessons, and travels to coach workshops. In competition, Nick placed 3rd at the 2018 USA Wheel Gymnastics Federation’s National Competition and 5th at the 2018 IRV Wheel Gymnastics World Championship.
Nick has performed magic on The Wrap - Twin Cities Public Television’s Almanac Show, at Fort Snelling’s Big Brother Big Sister Picnic, as well as the Mall of America.
Nick Hodge is available for 2019 contracts, shows, and workshops.
Nick can spin on any hard, flat surface such as cement, dance floors, gym floors, etc. Please allow for minimum 15x15 ft. sq. of performance space. 20x20 is preferred.
