With a background in Customer Success and Customer Experience with brands such as Microsoft and Zendesk, as well as providing technical and strategic guidance for some of the world's top brands through decades of consulting, Peter has seen what works, and what doesn’t work, with customer interactions. He has partnered with organizational leaders to develop innovative business and technical strategies that drive measurable impact for both employees and customers.

When not helping businesses succeed, Peter can be found enjoying the great outdoors as an avid cyclist, hiker, and camper.

I am flexible with existing arrangements. If available I prefer a lavalier microphone and a screen to project a presentation. I can bring my own laptop. A confidence monitor is helpful.
