Overview
I do custom cakes, cupcakes and cake pops for ALL occasions from weddings, to birthdays and baby showers!
I use primarily american buttercream, fondant, sugar paste but I love experimenting and using all the different mediums available to me.
I put my heart and soul into each cake and will not send it out unless I feel happy to put my name on it.
I can do vegan, gluten free, nut free, HOWEVER I do use these ingredients in my kitchen so I CANNOT guarentee no cross contamination!
I can also help with dessert tables, make various desserts that go with the theme of your party, and even help with the decor and set up of the table. I am also great with all sorts of other crafty things as well!

What to expect
You can expect someone with a lot of passion and eagerness to do what is needed to get things on the road!
I am a hard worker, creative and a strong problem solver. I can envision the larger picture as well as the smaller parts. I am a hands on type of person, who us willing to get my hands dirty. I don't shy back from a challenge and love learning new things. I am organized and can be the great go to person for everything. I can be resourceful and will do all I can for the end result. I thoroughly enjoy helping put on something beautiful but get to be in the background knowing I helped create it.
About
Tamara has one year of post secondary training from the University of Alberta in Fine Arts, Technical Theater; Stage Management. She had to stop due to unforseen personal matters. She has always been crafty and had passion for the arts for as long as she can remember. She is very detail oriented and strives for perfection in her work.
As a child she wanted to grow up and be an artist and to this day, she wants to do artistic things for the rest of her life!
She would be happy to talk to you about what you need, and see what she can do to help you accomplish your goals!
