Write a reviewFrom the ruins of a previous band Bassist/Vocalist Jak the Ripper and Drummer MADMac formed the foundations of 'Cunning Like Cobras'. Playing as a two piece, testing various tonal and arrangements proved difficult, but came out with our signature sound; only to be described as a tank stampeding down a mountain. Shredding guitarist Goodfela Mark was brought in after meeting Jak by sheer luck at a Trivium show in Chicago, solidifying the birth of thrash trio 'Cunning Like Cobras'. Within a month of Mark joining, 'Cobras' started the in house recorded EP 'Turmoil in an Esoteric Mind'. After which we played constant shows in the midwest, and now currently booking while recording our next release...'Memorandum of the Darker Arts'
