Zander is a phenomenal mixologist. He was able to take the most basic of our requests on what people wanted and was able to consistently put out new and unique cocktail after cocktail without taking a beat. It was really impressive to see that people were lining up for a second drink practically by the time he was just starting on the next. He has a solid understanding of what flavors and notes mix well with each other to create some incredible cocktails. He has a warm and welcoming demeanor that makes you feel a sense of connection and being noticed to that you just don't experience when you go to a regular cocktail bar. Cant wait to try some of his creations again...especially the watermelon drink!
