Aerial Performance Requirements:

🔹 Ceiling Rigging (Preferred):
    •    Minimum 13 ft ceiling height
    •    Exposed beam or truss with at least 2,000 lbs load capacity
    •    Rigging point must be accessible (we do not rig on drop ceilings or drywall)
    •    If unsure, please send photos or request an on-site evaluation

🔹 Portable Rig Option (Available upon request):
    •    Minimum 20 ft x 20 ft flat space clearance required
    •    Outdoor setups must be on level ground (grass, turf, or solid pavement preferred)
    •    Must be free of overhead obstructions like branches or low ceilings
    •    Lighting recommended for evening events

🔹 Floor Performance Space:
    •    Minimum 8 ft x 8 ft clear performance zone
    •    Free of debris, water, or loose rugs for dancer safety
    •    Staging not required but encouraged for large crowds

🔹 Lighting & Sound (if client provides):
    •    General lighting is sufficient for most performances
    •    Stage lights or ambient spotlighting recommended for evening or indoor shows
    •    Optional: Client-provided music system or DJ booth (we can supply our own playlist and portable speaker if needed)

🔹 Arrival & Setup:
    •    Artists require 30–60 minutes prior to performance start for rigging, warm-up, and safety checks
    •    Please allow access to parking/loading area as close to the stage as possible
