COVID19 UPDATE
We are available for Virtual Experiences and In-Person Visits! To ensure the most magical experience possible with the safety everyone in attendance in mind, we are enforcing the following protocols:
-All guests over the age of 2 must wear a mask for the duration of our stay and will be asked to keep distanced from our performers
-Open Face characters such as princesses and superheroes wear a beautifully themed mask to match their costumes
-Events are to be held outdoors only

November 6, 2020Elsa came to our small birthday celebration and it was a hit! She was prepared with magic tricks, balloon animals, stories, and songs. She had a beautiful voice and the kids loved her. She wore a mask the whole time and looked incredible. Crystal Castle was great to work with and went above and beyond what we could have expected. Would definitely recommend!

March 2, 2020First, I just want to give some advice - If you are having your party in a public place, like a park, and you have Elsa coming.. be prepared. As soon as Elsa showed up, all the girls at the park ran to her like it was 1965 and she was one of the Beatles. She wasn't even able to walk over to our party due to the mob of fans!! We even had some extra guests join our party from the park's playground, lol.
The whole party, Elsa stayed in character and answered about 1,000 questions from 30 little girls about anything and everything. I honestly was at such awe! She made our birthday girl feel soooo special and somehow found time to do all the things on the list - face painting, magic show, balloon twisting.. she really has magical powers! She also gave out about 200 hugs in two hours. I cannot recommend Amanda enough! The party was such a success and we are still talking about how we got to "meet the real Elsa". Worth every penny and more.

January 15, 2018My niece was over the moon that her favorite princess came to her party! The princess was a perfect match to the real thing! She was a great sport in her ballgown going on the giant slide with the birthday girl! I highly recommend crystal castle entertainment for your next party!!

If you will be requesting face painting at your event, we require 2 standard size or bar-height chairs and table. If you are unable to provide these amenities, please let us know and we will be happy to provide our own! :)
