Erica Arcilesi Derr is a master hairstylist and award winning makeup artist of Charlotte, North Carolina. With over 15 years in the
industry, 10 seasons at New York Fashion Week and former winner of Charlotte’s Top 30 under 30 for best business professionals - she is surely a force within her industry. Her most recent work includes 2024 Presidential Campaign for Tulsi Gabbard, 2023 Senator Jeff Jackson, 2022 Broadway show Fiddler on the roof, Good Morning America and also includes the Oprah 2020 Vision Tour, Megan Rapinoe for ESPN, Apple, Continental Tire, Jill Zarin of the Real Housewives of New York and numerous others. Additionally, Erica was the key hair and makeup artist for the past 3 seasons of the TLC show ‘My Big Fat Fabulous Life’.

Erica has owned and operated a boutique salon in the heart of Ballantyne for 15+ years. Erica also serves within the community as a Guardian Ad Litem and has volunteered in teaching self-confidence and
beauty training at The Boys and Girls Club.
