I am a solo guitarist and singer so my needs are minimal. I need easy access to a three-prong power outlet. I need an area no less than 8'x8', in order to set up. I need a parking space close to where I will be playing for loading and unloading. And I need to play in an area that is under roof and away from the elements, as this is Florida and it rains pretty much every day!
