Courageously Crowned Wellness

Love, laughter, realness and raw reality is what you'll get. Depending on the speaking engagement I speak about being ill in my mid teens to mid adulthood, how I found freedom in my health and learned to be my own advocate in health. I obtained my Integrated Health Practitioners License after years of feeling less than. Teaching women that it's never too late to fulfill their dreams. I speak about being a single teen mother; graduating High School four months pregnant to being an Army wife, and successful entrepreneur. No matter the topic, I speak truth and life. Sharing how my love and faith in the Lord has redeemed and restored me. I love to encourage and empower women to use the gifts the Lord gave them to straighten their crown and rise up. We are called to live a worthy life!

Ashley Ulrey is a wife, mom, honey (grandma), and friend to many. Ashley wears many hats or as she would say crowns in life and business. Ashley owns Courageously Crowned Wellness. Where you will find her wearing the crown as Integrated Health Practitioner, an opportunity for her to educate, empower and encourage women to live a life of wellness. Along with wellness coaching Ashley is a public speaker for Network Marketing Corporations, served as Vice President for the Association of Realtors, Vice President of her daughters Debutante’s Symphony Guild, and served on the board for numerous networking organizations.

Most days you can find Ashley tucked behind her computer learning about integrated wellness or trying to keep up with her youngest teenage daughter. 
She is most known for her out-of-the-box wellness ideas and loves to serve others. Ashley’s ability to merge her faith and wellness practice teaches others how to love their body and view it as the temple the Lord has given them.

She loves serving the world by sharing her life experience and testimony, from being a teenage mom who struggled with health; to marrying her husband, now a disabled Army Veteran; to becoming a successful entrepreneur. 
Ashley is most passionate about her faith, family, health, and how she helps others achieve their dreams.

She works with women who need help getting to the root of sick care and pivoting to wellness care.
Learning the root of dis-ease, so her clients can straighten their crowns and walk boldly in life.
She serves women who struggle with inflammation, hormone disruptors, and digestive issues.
Ashley coaches women who desire to have more control over wellness care.
