I have professionally spoken for over 15 years, developing and leading remote and in-person training workshops, webinars, industry events, recruiting events, and certification courses. I practice audacious authenticity and enjoy human connection with the intent of helping others and myself.

My background includes over 20 years experience in the Multi-Family Housing industry in sales and marketing, consulting, management, training, speaking, staffing, and recruiting roles. I served with NoCoRHA Board of Directors in Fort Collins, CO from 2021 to 2024. Proudly volunteered as a National Apartment Association Advanced Instructor Faculty Member teaching CAM, CAS, and NALP certifications in Denver, CO. Served on the AAMD Education Council from 2016 to 2020 and the Board of Directors 2019 to 2020 as Education Council Chair Elect.
