I bring a professional studio-style setup directly to your office or event location, including lighting, backdrop, and camera equipment. This makes it easy for teams, speakers, attendees, and professionals to get polished business photos without going to a studio.

For corporate headshot sessions, clients can expect a clean and organized process: setup, posing direction, professional lighting, image selection, natural retouching, and online gallery delivery.

For conferences, trade shows, networking events, and corporate gatherings, I can provide an on-site headshot station where guests can stop by during the event and receive professional headshots for LinkedIn, company websites, speaker profiles, press materials, and personal branding.

For business, photography is a sales and marketing tool — every shoot should be planned around how it shapes the way clients perceive your company. With 20 years in sales and 5+ years in digital marketing and personal branding, plus formal training (a diploma from one of Russia’s largest photography schools, mentored by award-winning fashion and commercial photographers from the USA and Europe), I approach every session through a business lens.

My approach depends on what you need. For corporate headshots and full teams, the priority is a smooth, efficient process: I plan every detail in advance so your entire team is photographed quickly, with consistent results and zero disruption to the workday. For personal branding and commercial shoots, I go deeper — researching the visuals of the strongest players in your industry and designing imagery built to position your brand competitively. For conferences and company events, I set up an on-site headshot station, so your team or guests get polished, ready-to-use headshots right at the venue.

In every case, I bring a complete mobile studio — professional lighting, backdrops, and reflectors — directly to your office or event, so there’s no travel and no disruption. I work with companies, startups, and law firms, and especially with medical, dental, aesthetic, and wellness practices, creating business visuals that actually work for you.

Additional booking notes

I bring all my own professional equipment — lighting, backdrop, reflectors, and camera gear — and I adapt my setup to your space, so there’s very little you need to prepare.
If you’d like a clean studio-style look, I just need some room to set up a backdrop and lighting — a conference room, lobby, or open area works well. If you’d rather have your headshots taken right in your office or workspace, that’s easy too, with no backdrop needed. And if space is tight, I can still create professional results with compact lighting. Whatever your location, we’ll make it work.
Access to a standard power outlet is helpful, and I’m happy to recommend the best spot once I know your space.
