Felicia Houston is a Clarity Life Coach dedicated to helping single moms who have experienced trauma to revive their self-esteem and gain clarity of their self-image and life’s purpose. She has a strong passion for empowering single moms and helping them overcome their barbed past, recreating the great and fulfilling life they desire and deserve.

Felicia is a licensed minister and through this platform she has spent years encouraging the moral and spiritual character of others via one-on-one encouragement, inspirational speaking engagements, and women conferences. She naturally/effortlessly connects with others and has a strong ability to impart peace, hope and a sense of direction to them.

Felicia has over 10 years’ experience in Multifamily Property Management and the California Real Estate Market. She feels it is her duty to educate every client through each step of the process; allowing them the ability to make well informed decisions. To some, a home is just a house, but to others a home is a place of love, peace, comfort, and family! Felicia is fervent about the needs of her clients, servicing and dedicating herself to bringing peace of mind and comfort to buyers & sellers with challenging needs.

Felicia is an Alabama native who has chosen to plant her family roots in Southern California. In 2009 she drove 3,000 miles from Alabama to California and since then has made the journey towards advancement and the service to others. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, listening to the sounds of her favorite playlist, reading, traveling, and pursuing adventure in the great outdoors. Challenges in life make it possible for her to sustain higher levels of focus and dedication in every area of her life.
