March 13, 2014I had a small Oscar Night Party for 27 people. Chef Ray had panned very creative buffet style dinner menu. Everything was executed perfectly and looked beautiful. Food was so delicious. I got so many compliments on the party thanks to Chef Ray. I definitely recommend to hire Chef Ray for your next event!

Over the holiday weekend, Chef Ray came in for a 50th Birthday Party that I was the Planner for and he catered the meal for 80+ people. The food was absolutely delicious and I am still getting raves from those who attended the party. I will definitely work with him again!

Last year he made the most delicious and adorable cowboy themed cupcake tower (it was like 7 feet tall!) for my son's birthday party! Super cool and great tasting. He has a great eye as well so everything he does looks and tastes amazing! Love him!

August 8, 2012OMG! I have had this chefs amazing culinary deights and let me tell you this...If you like/love food then hes gonna make every single taste bud explode with satisfaction! Not only is he a great chef and an amzing sweets guy, he can make and awesome display of appetizers that will make any one forget bout their diets!!!!! I love his hummus, and his great fresh dough pizzas. He always delivers what you ask and never dissapoint in the process.. Hes very reason able and is a very gentle soul who loves what he does and gives everyhting in his power to make your tummies happy!
I would hire him every day if I could but for now I eat his food whenever I can.
CHef Ray, should have his own cooking show and maybe his own taco truck!!! SOME DAY HOPEFULLY!!

My name is Chef Ray and I have been cooking and around food all my life. It is a passion of mine. It has once been said: "The most noble way of making someone happy is to cook them a great meal!" unknown. After attending Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom in Santa Monica, Ca, I wanted to exercise my passion professionally, so I started catering for small events like birthdays, weekend dinners, and of course dinner parties. Until now, my creative passion and word-of-mouth about me has made the rest history.
I can come to you and prepare a great meal for your party or group event or personal chef for you and your family. I am also trained in baking and pastry. I create wonderful cakes and cupcakes. I can even do cupcake towers for large events!!! If it is a dinner party gig, I try to create an "interactive atmosphere" meaning, I will involve the party / parties in conversation about the food and its history. Ultimately creating a sort of "Interacitve Dinner Party".
Watching my Grandmothers, Grandfather, and Uncles and my Mother cook. Just paying attention to the simplest techniques and flavors help make me who I am today.
