Consalvo Creative Events (CCE) is a collective of event experts, committed to providing exceptional service and peak efficiency to make your dream celebration a reality.

CCE was founded in 2026 when siblings Gianna and Michael, along with their spouses, Gabi and Jordan, recognized their combined expertise of over 30 years in event planning, covering weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

Growing up in an Italian-American family, Gianna and Michael learned the art of throwing parties where the food is endless, the laughter is loud, and every guest is treated like family.

Today, the Consalvo Family is committed to delivering outstanding service for life’s most significant moments, crafting unforgettable memories for every celebration, no matter the occasion or the company.

Full Wedding: Starting at $6,500. Includes:
Initial Consultation: 2-hour event vision meeting
Check-in Meetings: Three 1-hour sessions to ensure everything is on track
Vendor Management: Contracting and coordination of all vendors
Final Venue Walkthrough: Client/Planner/Venue week of wedding walkthrough
Day-of Coordination: Creation, distribution, and execution of the timeline, Full setup and cleanup on the event day
Staff Includes: Prep Team, Event Planner, Event Assistant

Month-of Coordination: Starting at $3,000. Includes
Two virtual and 1 in person (upon request) Preparation Meetings
Final Walkthrough with the Couple at the Venue

Planning Strategy Session: Starting at $400. Includes:
Join a professional planner for a 2-hour strategy session tailored for DIY wedding couples. You’ll receive an event planning workbook - timeline, to-do list, vendor to-book list, and more - delivered within two business days of the session.

Event Manager on site execution only: Starting at $100/hour (4-hour minimum) includes:
One meeting prior to event and 4-12 hours on site at $100/hour for event manager. Additional event staff available upon request for $75/hour (4 hour minimum)
