Conrad grew up the son of a preacher and would spend hours listening to preachers and stories on the radio and dreamed about traveling the world, sailing ships, climbing mountains, and flying airplanes. He's been able to accomplish most of these things in his adventures producing documentary films. His motivational talk, "Turning Dreams into Reality" tells these stories and more and will motivate the listener to dream big and chase those dreams.
Since he's a film maker, Conrad's talks are peppered with visual images and clips from his films, photography and adventures around the world. His positive outlook, gregarious personality and compelling stories will engage the audience and draw them into his talk leaving them wanting more, and hopefully, inspire them to greatness.

Conrad Weaver is an EMMY® Award-winning producer and President and owner of Conjostudios, LLC, a video production company based in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Weaver received a Mid-America Regional EMMY® Award for his 2014 documentary feature, the Great American Wheat Harvest. His most recent film, Heroin's Grip is soon to be released in theaters around the country. He is currently the executive producer of a feature narrative film called Scars of an Orphan.

In his spare time Weaver enjoys photography, skiing, sailing, and traveling. He currently volunteers as the Global Outreach Country Coordinator for Ukraine for his church in Maryland and he serves on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the town of Emmitsburg where he currently lives. Weaver previously served on the board and as president of the Emmitsburg Business and Professional Association.
