Overview
A lively and family-friendly performance guaranteed to lift spirits, dust off dancing shoes, and keep people nearby for another song and another glass of lemonade. With experience playing backyard parties, music festivals, church events, farmer's markets, and country bars, I'm a one-man folk band featuring guitar, harmonica, percussion, and hoosier down-home vocal. My strengths lie in classic folk and "folked-up" covers of country, oldies, and rock. Influences are: Chuck Berry, James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett, Willie Nelson, and Nickel Creek.
Playing music is more than a hobby to me—it's my contribution to create healthier, happier communities.

What to expect
My rep includes some folk, some country, and some classic oldies, and a couple originals that fit the genre as well. Some laid back, some ballads, some barn-burners. I'm generally playing background music rather than putting on a big show, but I'm happy to be the main thing if that's what you need. I'm happy to take requests from an event organizer or from the audience.
I can bring PA (speakers) suitable for crowd sizes of 20-200 people, simple lighting equipment, along with my necessary gear and instruments. My speaker system is battery powered, so I can play anywhere. My stage footprint is about 6'x6'.
I'll plan to load in before your event and match the tone/dress code of the event as best I can. I'll clean up and go quietly (if the event is still happening) when my time is done.
About
I play with several music groups in the northern Indiana area and play enough instruments across the board to put together a one-man band. I've spent time at live events, the recording studio, and best of all—county fairs.
Additional booking notes
I can run all my equipment off one 15A circuit. It'd be great if I could park close to the event so I can load in and out quickly.
