At this morning’s staff meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing a presentation by, Dr. Lori Whatley. The presentation was pertinent to today’s over use of social media technology and it’s adverse effects on our lives. Why/how-to disconnect from social media and technology to reconnect with our lives was presented. By doing so we will become happier, healthier and more productive in all areas of our lives. It was insightful and thought provoking. The discussion continued to address how do we make technology become a useful part of our daily lives rather than the controlling factor in our lives. I would recommend this presentation to any group of individuals, for business or personal enhancement.
