What to expect
Expect quality organic fruit and quality service. Very clean, organized and detailed.
I used to be a personal chef at Benihana doing both hibachi and sushi, I got bored of working for someone else and decided to bring my knowledge and experience to something fresh, new and something from my childhood that is culturally and traditionally significant to many.
Instead of serving traditional Japanese sushi rolls, I put a fresh new twist on traditional Mexican fruit cups, which we serve in crystal clear fruit platters which is then topped like a sushi roll except definitely not with spicy Mayo or eel sauce... lmao
but instead with Mexican candies, secret sauces, spices and definitelyTajin and lime to finish it off!
