March 19, 2024On December 13,2024 I hosted a private Chanukah Party for 25 ladies in Baltimore, Md.
I invited Mrs. Anna TIRAT to perform as a stand-up comedian at the event.
Anna promptly came to the event and was well prepared for a diverse audience.
Anna talked in a Russian language.
The comedy act was well organised and performed. . The audience has a lot of fun . It was a lot of laughing during the show, especially when Anna talked about her own children .
My favorite joke was the one about saving money at Starbucks!
Anna creatively selected the jokes that were well received by the audience. She designed all her scripts by herself .
After the show , the participants thanked Mrs. TIRAT for a good performance.
I will be very happy to invite Mrs . TIRAT to perform again at our future events .

Anna Tirat-Gefen is a stand-up comedian, an immigrant from Ukraine, a full time working mother of five children, a wife, and a rocket scientist. Her humor is clean, clever, and perspective-twisting. Her jokes tell you the truth about parenting kids from babies to young adults, about surviving and winning at marriage, in-laws, and immigration. Jokes about Putin, aliens, clueless coworkers, doctors, and shopping in Costco, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are also part of her comedic repertoire.
Anna lives, works and performs in the Greater Washington DC area. She has performed at the Flappers Comedy Club, Gotham Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, and local Maryland and Washington DC venues.
Anna’s hobbies include catching up on sleep, taking walks, cooking, reading and writing. Anna is also a published designer of crochet patterns, and yet unpublished poet.
