I planned my entire wedding, which wasn't easy and there are some things that I would have done differently, but one decision that we got it right on was hiring Cole! I loved his photos online, so we reached out to him and set up a phone call in December 2016. The call went great so we decided to hire him.
Our wedding was in May 2017 and about a month before the wedding Cole reached out to get the rundown. He was so professional and easy to work with. He asked all of the right questions and didn't bug us with unnecessary questions or requests. He worked great with our church which did have some restrictions that he had to deal with.
Cole and his fiance' are the sweetest people and we were so glad to have them be a part of our big day. Things were a little rushed throughout the day, but they were super calm and you would have barely known they were around. They did a great job capturing every emotion that happened. We just got all of the photos back this weekend and looking at them I could feel the emotion in the photos. They are truly beautiful to me and I'll treasure them forever!
Our wedding party and parents all adored Cole, they all commented on what a great job he did and how everyone barely noticed that a photographer was there, which I think is such a compliment. We've all been at those events and weddings with those annoying photographers who are jumping around in front of everyone and being weird, which distracts from the event.
In addition to his professionalism his product is amazing! I just can't say enough good things and we're so happy with the way the photos turned out! We had SO many that we feel confident framing and sharing. Now the hard part is picking our favorites to frame, because no joke, I have about 100 favorites to choose from and several hundred others that are so awesome!

We were very excited to have Cole take our wedding photos. I was very happy with the experience and results! Prior to the wedding, we met with Cole to go over the timeline, expectations, photos we wanted to take, etc. I even shared Pinterest photos I liked and wanted to try. Cole attended the entire rehearsal to prepare for the wedding the next day. There is a lot of stress and worrying as a bride planning your wedding, so having Cole willing to attend the rehearsal was an extra reassurance that everything was going to go smoothly, and no pictures would be missed. On our wedding day, Cole arrived early for photos of us getting ready, the venue, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and pretty much anything else we could do before the wedding. After the ceremony, Cole was great (and patient) as we took family, group, and couples photos. He was present for the entire reception, capturing all of our special moments. I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround after the wedding. We had so many pictures of our big day. I would highly recommend Cole Sweeney Photography for your wedding!
