SUCH pros. With a gorgeous, unparalleled sound!

I am lucky enough to have worked with COAMB many times, and they could not be more professional, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with.

Best of all, their precise, unique, lovely musical style is simply unparalleled.

Your audience will LOVE them!

What to expect

COAMB is definitely not a cover band. They play uniquely original music that blends elements of indie-pop, folk, lo-fi psychedelia and americana. Their live performances and musicianship are both impressive and enchanting.

As a four piece they deliver a sound that is full, evocative and engaging. While they play almost exclusively their own music they are not opposed to playing a cover song on a special occasion.

About

COAMB is an independent trip-folk band from Oakland , CA. They incorporate elements of lo-fi psychedelia, indie folk, neo-soul, and Americana.

They formed in 2013 and have toured through out California, Nevada, Utah, and Oregon.

COAMB’s first full-length album, Light In You, was released on March 18th 2016. Produced by David Nereo, (Luluc, Everyone Is Dirty, Cave Clove and Ayla Nereo) at Santo Studio in Oakland, Light In You has received airplay on KFJC and WMFU and critical acclaim from some of the Bay Area's most respected music critics and promoters.

Light In You follows two well-received, home-recordings Greetings Kittens in 2013 and Empire Cave in 2014.

In 2016 COAMB played the first Harm(onic) Reduction Music Festival with the likes of Tune-Yards, Blackalious, Del the Funky Homosapien, Foreign Legion and Foxtails Brigades. Pass festivals also include Summer Spontaneity.

Additional booking notes

COAMB is highly versatile and can adjust to a variety of stage set-ups and technical restrictions. Typically, they use five outlets which power three amps (Guitar x2, Bass Guitar x1) and two pedal boards/effects.

However, they are able to play semi-acoustic (2x small battery powered amps without outlets) and can pare down the drum set-up to fit intimate settings.

COAMB has played large festival stages and cramped living-rooms alike.
