(link hidden)ition; A coalition is an alliance among individuals or groups, during which they cooperate in joint action, each in their own self-interest, joining forces together for a common cause. A combination into one body; a union.
The (link hidden)ition is a group of talented, self-made Colorado Underground Hip Hop artists that have come together in alliance with one common goal; to take over the Colorado underground Hip Hop scene. The (link hidden)ition was formed in August of 2010 by an idea of King Devious. The group was inspired by one word and that word is “Unity”. Bringing different people together in a united front to accomplish one goal, allowing different members of different groups to join forces and make music, in an attempt to extinguish the word hate from the music scene as a whole. The (link hidden)ition was dubbed the name as their 10 group members originally began their start with different groups. Each individual member chosen for this group brings in their own amazing talents and unwarranted qualities that attribute to the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall success of the group. Representing the Colo-Rydaz we have King Devious, Luna Leon, Miss Jojo, and Jay Rice. Representing Finest Music we have Saint and Uncle Rob. Representing Take Over Kings we have Proffit. We have recently made Charlee Browne the newest part of our organization. With so many awesome talented individuals we have set out to take our claim of the Colorado Music Scene.
Although the group is new to the Music Scene, the combined experience of the group individually is vast. This experience and overall motivation has kick started the group’s overall success. Since their start The (link hidden)ition has performed at Toad Tavern, Dolly’s, the Rex Lounge, The Gothic Theatre, Herman’s Hideaway, the Climax, and many more.
In January of 2011, The (link hidden)ition released their first combined EP, named “The (link hidden)ition Mix Tape” They released their CD to a sold out crowd at the Climax Lounge. The EP highlights each individual members own personal style, but overall puts a spotlight on what the (link hidden)ition can do as a group, and that is make amazing music.
In February of 2011, the (link hidden)ition announced the creation of their own music label “The (link hidden)ition Music Group”. Since the start of the label they have successfully brought on 3 additional artists to the group. As a label the group focuses on their overall musicality and goal, but also allows the group and each member to lend a hand to new and upcoming artists by mentoring them, and assisting them in perfecting their own sound.
The (link hidden)ition embraces their goal each and every day, whether it be putting work in at the studio, promoting, engineering, beat making, producing, or photography and video, they always strive to be on that next level. Each and every day they embrace the word “Unity” as they embark on this mission together. (link hidden)ition taking over, so join the movement, and become united.

Only thing needed for our performance is a nice P.A. System, Mics, and a laptop or Cd player.
