"Hello, I am Alex and I equip ordinary teens to become extraordinary. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents in a variety of ways.
I have been in lock-down youth homes, and coached state champion sports teams. It all started on Catalina island when a mentee of mine said to me, 'The world needs more people like you, looking out for teens like me.' I know that being a teenager can feel just like that saying: it was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
I also know that no matter how low you might find yourself, you will never be truly alone. And you can always rise back up."

What to expect
Participants will be inspired, empowered, and feel capable to accomplish their goals. The main lesson that tends to seep out of most of Coach Alex's speeches is that "all that is required is your best," and "your best is completely within your control and will be different on different days."
Self-esteem and self-worth is a byproduct that youth can control when they are taught to love and appreciate themselves and accept the good and the bad as one whole. Alex teaches these concepts using engaging experiences and stories, as well as practical exercises that the youth can test for themselves.
All this plus so much more help with fundamentals and basics of empowering youth.

Coach Alex is a many times over champion title coach. He has developed a philosophy and program built around empowering athletes into the champion potential they have. He has been a speaker in many different venues speaking on fundamentals, motivation, philosophy, and empowering youth.
