BURLESQUE DANCE PERFORMANCE(S)
Modern burlesque acts last typically between 3-5 minutes in length, though Celeste can custom design a longer act for your event. Burlesque also includes removing articles of clothing, though fuller coverage options may be available for your event — just ask!

PROMO MODELING
Céleste is available for vintage styled promo modeling for your event. She has experience selling raffle tickets, handing out swag to guests, and other types highly stylized event assistance. She is able to put together a vintage style outfit, hair, & makeup that matches your event theme.

PARTY AMBIANCE
Céleste is available to walk the floor of your event in her unique costumes or a special vintage style outfit to fit your party theme in order to add drama to your unique event. While working the floor, Céleste is available to pose for photos with party guests, interact with guests with her friendly personality, & encourage guests to join her on the dance floor.

Céleste is an award-winning dancer & agency represented model, based in Detroit, MI, & available for travel.

BALLET BEGINNINGS — At age 4, Céleste began her dance career by beginning her studies in ballet & continued her rigorous schooling until her early twenties. Céleste primarily studied the formal Italian style of ballet, called the Cecchetti Method, though also has some training in the Russian style of ballet called the Vaganova Method. In her dance schooling, she studied under several professional ballet dancers & consistently earned top marks in her testing. She reached the Advanced level which lead to several notable solos, such as Odette the Swan Queen in her school's rendition of Swan Lake, as well as several Nutcracker solos such as Arabian & The Columbine Doll. Céleste still brings her notable ballet training to the stage each time she performs.

SWING DANCE — In high school, Céleste began to branch out in exploring other styles of dance, such as tango & swing dancing. She regularly attended classes in her teens & twenties for swing dancing in Ann Arbor, MI, as well as in the Metro Detroit area, & eventually developed a partnership with a fellow dancer. They went on to perform in a college talent show & won the top prize, all while improvising their performance.

BURLESQUE — In 2017, Céleste began her training in burlesque through the Detroit School of Burlesque, under headmaster Holly Hock. Before graduating, Céleste was hired by Holly to perform in her show, Speakeasy Sundays at Cliff Bell's. Céleste's second burlesque performance was at the 2018 Michigan Burlypicks competition where she took First Place, earning her a spot at Nationals where she went on to win "Most Classic". Through the years Céleste has performed at renowned events such as The Dirty Show, Electric Forest, the Ohio Burlesque Festival, & the Michigan Burlesque Festival.

Please note I require there to be sound equipment available for my music to be played for me — I do not supply the sound equipment, nor do I start or stop my music. The stage must be at least 5' x 5' — please note some acts require a larger stage (such as the feather fans or the bubble dance). I also require a private dressing room to be provided where I can wait before my performance, change into my costume, & safely store my things.
