Claire Dollison

Claire Dollison is a musician who is primarily known as a trumpet artist who graduated from Capital University as a music education major. Claire has been involved with music, playing trumpet, since 2009. She has accomplished many things throughout her career as an educator through building programs from the ground up, including planning, development, and execution, and growing already existing programs to help them thrive. Claire has done numerous amounts of performances as well through ensembles and solo playing with things such as honor bands (Ohio State University, Wright State University Tri-State, Ohio University), recitals, and OMEA contest, receiving superior ratings on class A solos. She even performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2022. Claire has also booked multiple gigs ranging from pit orchestras playing for musicals, church performances, private events, etc. Throughout Claire's career, she has won many awards in school ranging from Most Outstanding Musician, Most Outstanding Brass Player, Most Improved, and also school scholarships on behalf of her playing.
