City of David was formed in 2009 by Michelle Marshall (Bass Guitar) and Matt Lampe (Lead Vocals, Keyboard). Since then long time local musicians Jarrod Friedly (Lead Guitar, Keyboard), Rick Carr (Rhythm Guitar), Jason Stephans (Drums), Edna Zyak (Vocals), and Steven Crilly (Drums) have joined the band bringing a solid mix of Blues, Country, Gospel, Rock, and a touch of Metal for those who like to really feel the heat.

City of David is available for Festivals, Weddings, Fundraisers, Private parties, City Events and Outdoor venues. We are all local musicians and attend Springfield Lutheran Redeemer Church. (We also play at Nixa, Willard, and Springfield Redeemer churches) At any time you see us and have any questions please feel free to talk to us about your special event.
