November 12, 2023Austen was amazing. Clear and open communication leading up to the event. He was early and ready to go on time. We had young kids and he was able to accommodate their varying level of comfort. Lots of options to choose from for balloon animals. Even in the down time in between kids he was engaged. Def recommend!
