Cincy Strings - Professional Live Music

Cincy Strings performs as a solo violinist and in groups of various combinations:
-solo violin; solo cello
-violin and piano
-string duets (violin + cello, violin + violin, violin + viola)
-string trios and piano trios
-string quartets

For outdoor events, we require cover for protection from direct sunlight or precipitation since both are harmful to string instruments.

The musicians of Cincy Strings are world-class musicians from top music conservatories, each musician brings experience from international stages and major symphony orchestras. From timeless works by Tchaikovsky and Bach to reimagined arrangements of artists like Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Billie Eilish, and Elton John, our ensemble blends tradition with innovation effortlessly. With an extensive portfolio at prestigious venues across the country, Cincy Strings has performed for hundreds of events with notable appearances at Universal Epic Universe, the World Dance Council, luxury resorts, museums, historic landmarks, and more.

Cincy Strings is founded by violinist and conductor Lina Jeong, a graduate of the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University. With over 10 years of professional experience, she has had an extensive, international performance career with various ensembles and styles of music. Lina's musical work with orchestras, chamber groups, and as a soloist has led to touring and performing in Italy, France, Germany, the Chicagoland area, St. Louis, Milwaukee, and at Carnegie Hall in New York.
