Chrysti Reichert - My AI Evolution
Overview
I run hands-on AI workshops for teams who use AI at work and need to know when to trust the answer.
Your group works with tasks they already use AI for, like meeting notes, reports or plans. They practice finding the error, checking the source, and deciding whether to use the answer, correct it, or ask a person. It fits a company offsite, staff development day or conference session. Works with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
I spent 13 years as a social worker before becoming the first AI specialist at a global eye-health company, and I've trained more than 1, 000 professionals. Based in Lakeland, Florida; travel quoted separately.

What to expect
A hands-on working session, not a lecture. Your group uses AI on tasks they already do, like meeting notes, reports or plans. They practice finding the error, checking the source, and deciding whether to use the answer, correct it, or stop and ask a person. Some practice answers are right, because knowing when to trust an answer matters too.
People can ask questions the whole way through. Nobody needs to be technical. Everyone leaves with a written check they can use on Monday.
About
I'm Chrysti Reichert, founder of My AI Evolution, an AI training practice in Lakeland, Florida.
I spent 13 years as a social worker at a nonprofit serving older adults and people with disabilities. There was no budget for IT, so I taught myself to build the apps and automations my team needed. Then I became the first AI specialist at a global eye-health company, where I trained staff worldwide and helped roll out the company's first internal AI assistant to more than 10,000 employees.
Today I teach live AI classes for Varsity Tutors, I've spoken for SheTek, and I've trained more than 1,000 professionals. My work focuses on where AI fails, so everyday people can use it with confidence and check its work.
Additional booking notes
Works with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. For a team session, I build practice around the one AI tool your company has approved. I check tool access before the event so nobody is waiting on logins. Please don't share confidential files with me ahead of time. Made-up examples work fine.

6. Your written check to keep, plus questions.
Influences and inspiration
Thirteen years of social work taught me to find the problem underneath the request and to make it safe to say "I don't get this." I teach AI the same way.
