Performance Requirements
Setup Time: Approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on the event.
Space Required: Minimum 8' x 8' footprint per artist. Larger spaces are recommended for high-volume events or multiple artists.
Power: One standard 110V electrical outlet is preferred.
Lighting: Bright, even lighting is recommended. Indoor venues typically provide sufficient lighting. Additional lighting may be requested for outdoor or evening events.
Weather: Outdoor events require protection from direct sunlight, wind, and rain. A covered or climate-controlled location is preferred.
Seating: A minimum of two chairs per artist is required—one for the artist and one for the guest being drawn.
Guest Queue: Client is responsible for providing adequate space for a guest line and, when appropriate, line/queue management to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Internet: Not required.

Christoph’s work is inspired by his lifelong passion for toys, portraiture, caricature, and speed. From an early age, he was fascinated by artists who could capture a person’s likeness and personality with only a few confident lines.
His influences include traditional portrait artists, editorial and theme-park caricaturists, quick-sketch performers, and other live artists who transform the creative process into entertainment. He is also inspired by classic toys and the imaginative possibilities hidden within simple playthings—especially the challenge of pushing the Etch A Sketch far beyond what most people believe it can do.
Christoph’s performance style combines the observation of a portrait artist, the exaggeration and personality of caricature, the precision of a draftsman, and the excitement of a timed live challenge. Rather than imitating one particular artist or act, he developed his own distinctive form of entertainment by bringing together art, invention, nostalgia, audience interaction, and speed.
