Chris Lamont has extensive Studio & live experience. Genres covered include; Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Progressive rock, Pop, Rock & Blues, Jazz, Funk, Latin.
Chris initially studied privately, then moved studies to the Toronto Percussion Centre in Toronto, ON.

Chris’ influences are many. For example and including; Simon Phillips, Manu Katché, Terry Bozzio, Buddy Rich, Thomas Lang, Carter Beauford, Dave Weckle, Steve Smith, Vinnie Colaiuta, Danny Carey, Neil Peart, John Bonham... “and so many, many more ‘touring & club’ drummers that have influenced me over the years”.
