A clean, family friendly comedy magic show built around audience participation. Volunteers become the stars, and their reactions become the best part of the show. Expect laughter first, astonishment second, and a few moments you'll be talking about on the drive home. Everything is appropriate for all ages and all audiences. No exceptions, and no awkward moments for the event planner to worry about.

There are three ways to book a magician, and picking the right one matters more than most people realize. Here's the plain version.

Strolling, sometimes called walk around, is magic for a few people at a time, happening right in their hands while I move through the room. It's the right call when there's a long window and folks are eating and mingling. Think two or three hours of a cocktail party, a reception, or an open house.

A parlor show is everybody watching the same thing at the same time, seated, usually 30 to 45 minutes. It works in a living room, a fellowship hall, a banquet room, or a backyard. No stage required.

A stage show is that same idea scaled up for a bigger room, with music running through the whole thing.

Here's the part worth knowing. If you've got 25 or more people and an hour or less, a parlor or stage show almost always gives you more for your money. In an hour of strolling I might reach eight or nine small groups, so a lot of your guests catch a minute of it in passing or miss it altogether. In a show, everybody sees everything, and they all leave with the same thing to talk about on the way home.

I've been doing magic my whole life — and somewhere along the way I figured out the magic isn't really the point. The people are. I'm a comedy magician based in Somerset, Kentucky, and my shows mix clean humor, music, and moments of genuine wonder that work for everybody in the room, from the four-year-old up front to the grandparents in the back. I've performed for festivals, churches, libraries, birthday parties, and banquets across Kentucky. My goal at every show is the same — send people home laughing, amazed, and reminded that life is a mystery to be enjoyed, not a puzzle to be solved.

I'm self-contained for most events — I bring everything I need. For stage and parlor shows, I provide my own sound system for small-to-medium rooms; for larger venues, access to the house sound system (one wireless mic input or line in) is appreciated. I arrive 45–60 minutes before showtime for setup. Happy to work with your event schedule and coordinate details ahead of time.
