His voice can be breathy or powerful. He's good at adding tasteful allies. He knows when to sing and when not too and doesn't try and over sing on the songs. He follows directions and remembers his parts. He doesn't smoke, drink, or do drugs. He's respectful and always on time. He doesn't read music, but has a good ear.
