With over a decade's worth of experience playing steel pan throughout the Midwest and the Caribbean, Chris moved to the Twin Cities area in 2015 where he now continues to perform for concerts and private events. During his sets you'll hear a mix of popular tunes including works from Caribbean artists such as Bob Marley and Harry Belafonte, as well as some american artists including Stevie Wonder and Jimmy Buffett.

Six of us threw a couples bridal shower. With six opinions, some thought a steel drummer might be fun. Others thought it unnecessary. After listening to Chris's videos and reading reviews, I booked him and was ALL IN. My advice - if in question, book him! He is professional, proficient and will make the party!

About
After hearing his first authentic steel pan band while vacationing in Trinidad, Christopher's appreciation of their music has quickly turned into a deep love and lifelong ambition to spread the love and good vibes of the Caribbean to the Midwest. After growing up in Duluth and spending several years traveling to the Caribbean and busking alongside Lake Superior, Chris moved to the Twin Cities area in 2015 where he has continued to perform for concerts and private events. In addition to solo performances, he is a regular performer with several bands in the Twin Cities including the Pan-handlers Steel Drum Band and The Tropics Steelband, and is a published composer of steel pan repertoire. Chris continues to return regularly to Trinidad and Tobago where he performs with a local band, "Silver Stars", for the country's annual Panorama competition.
